This section covers the parts of ISPMan that apply to your whole business rather than one service: who’s on your team, how your business is set up, what ISPMan charges you, and the tools that help you keep an eye on everything.
What’s in this section

| Alerts | Alerts, Settings → Usage Alerts & Thresholds | Get told when a router goes offline, and follow up on outages. |
| Billing | Billing | See your ISPMan plan, rates, invoices and payments, and pay your bill. |

Who can see these pages
Section titled “Who can see these pages”Most of these pages are limited by role:
- Settings is for the business owner.
- Team needs the owner, team_admin or team_reader role.
- Billing needs a billing role (such as billing_admin or billing_reader) or a core role like admin.
- Reports needs a reports role or a management role.
- Alerts needs a devices role.
- Assistant is available to owners and admins.
If a page is missing from your menu, ask the business owner to give you the role. See Team members and roles.
