Dashboard tour
This page walks through what you see after you sign in: the Home page, the side menu, the search bar at the top, and the two drawers on either side.
What you see depends on your role. Owners see everything. Team members only see the menu items their roles allow. See Team members and roles.
The Home page
Section titled “The Home page”Home (/dashboard) is a summary of your business today.
- Business card. Your logo and name, the business ID and Code (your Payments Wallets ID), contact email and phone, and Members (how many people are on your team).
- ISP Wallet. Your Available and Current wallet balances. Click the eye icon to show or hide the amounts, which is handy if people can see your screen.
- Your other businesses and branches. If you belong to more than one business, or your business uses branches, you can switch between them here.
- Quick Actions. Shortcuts to System Logs and Support, and buttons to add a hotspot, PPPoE or static customer (Add Static IP). Find Customer searches by name, phone, username, MAC, account number, payment reference or IP address. There are also links to PPPoE Customers, Hotspot Customers, Static Customers, Devices, Hotspot Packages, PPPoE Packages and Settings.
- On the captive portal now. If you run hotspots, this shows who is on your captive portal right now.
- Customer status cards. One card each for hotspot, PPPoE and static customers, with customer counts by status. Pick a period (today by default) to change what the counts cover.
- Received Payments. Your latest payments, for roles that are allowed to see money.
The side menu
Section titled “The side menu”The menu on the left is how you reach every part of the dashboard.
At the top is Home, followed by Search menu…: type a word such as “vouchers” or “sessions” to filter the menu. Use the double-arrow buttons to expand or collapse all sections at once.
Next come the business-wide pages: Reports, Trends, Team, Billing and Settings. Then the main sections:
| Section | What’s inside |
|---|---|
| Services | Quick links to your Hotspots, PPPoEs and Statics, with customer counts. |
| Payments | Reports, Received payments and Withdrawals. |
| Customers | All Customers, New Customers, Inactive, and customers by service. |
| Devices | All Devices, Network map, Mikrotiks, Ruijies, Teltonikas, OLTs, Logs, Wireguard, TR-069. |
| Hotspot | Customers, Packages, Roamings, Requests, Sessions, Auth Logs, Acct Logs, Servers, Manual Connects. |
| PPPoE | Customers, Packages, Invoices, Sessions, Auth Logs, Acct Logs. |
| Statics | Customers, Expiring, Recent Logs, Recent Accounting, Settings. |
| Inventory | Items, Requests, Settings. |
| Sales & Promos | Onboarding, Campaigns, Vouchers, Loyalty Points, Advertising and quiz pages. |
| Comms | SMS, E-Mail, Support, App Customers, Voice Support. |
| Wallets | Customer, Loaded and Pending wallet loads. |
| Marketplace | Shown only when the Marketplace is available for your business. |
At the bottom of the menu are Alerts (with a count of active device alerts) and the Assistant.
On a phone, open the menu with the menu button in the top bar.
Search
Section titled “Search”The search box at the top of every page, Search your business, does two jobs:
- It filters the page you’re on. On a customers or payments table, typing narrows the table.
- It finds things anywhere. Type at least two characters and ISPMan searches your customers, packages, payments and devices, and also suggests matching pages (including settings pages such as Winbox Access). Click a result to jump to it.
The settings drawer
Section titled “The settings drawer”Click the gear icon (Dashboard settings) in the top bar to open the settings drawer. These are your own preferences; they don’t change anything for your teammates or your customers.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Appearance | System, Light or Dark theme. |
| Display style | How tiles and cards are drawn: Classic, Minimal or Compact. |
| Preferred charts | Show breakdown charts as Donuts or Bars. |
| Navigation | The look of the side menu: Auto, Classic, Soft, Midnight, Floating, Outline, Glass or Gradient. |
| Signed in | Every browser and app where your account is signed in. Sign out any you don’t recognise. |
| Services | Switch off services you don’t use (for example Statics, Inventory, Vouchers or TR-069). Switched-off services disappear from your menus, search and Home page. Switch them back on at any time. |
Some changes reload the page when you close the drawer so the menu can redraw.
The right-hand menu
Section titled “The right-hand menu”Click your name or picture in the top bar to open the right-hand menu. It shows:
- Your name, email and phone number, and a Support link.
- The current business, your roles in it, and a Branch picker if your business uses branches (choose — All Branches — to see everything).
- Your Businesses: switch business, Create Business, or leave a business you no longer work with.
- My Profile, Notifications & community, a Use Brand Color switch that colours the dashboard with your brand colour, and Sign Out.
