Marketplace overview

The ISPMan Marketplace is a store inside your dashboard for the things an ISP needs: equipment, SMS bundles and sender IDs, upstream internet capacity, services and software, and verified technicians. You can also sell your own spare equipment to other ISPs, and even list your business or a site for sale. Payments are held by ISPMan until you confirm you received what you paid for.

Open Marketplace in the main menu (/dashboard/marketplace). The menu has Marketplace (browse), My orders, Capacity, Technicians and Selling. Inside the Marketplace, a row of tabs takes you to every area:

Tab What it is for Guide

The selling tabs only appear for team members allowed to list items.

The Browse page groups products by type: Capacity, Equipment, SMS, Sender IDs, Services & Software, Technicians, ISP businesses and Towers & sites. Only the types available to your business are shown. Items without a fixed price show Quote required.

SMS bundles and sender IDs bought here are the same ones you see under Comms → SMS; see Communication.

  • Escrow: your payment is held until you confirm delivery (or the job, or the link) and only then released to the seller.
  • Buyer protection: on new items listed by other ISPs you can add Buyer protection at checkout, and ISPMan refunds you if the item is not as described.
  • Disputes: if something is wrong, open a dispute from the order with photos. The seller can accept a return, offer a partial refund or contest, and you can ask ISPMan to decide.
  • Verified: listings and technicians carry the ispman Verified badge after ISPMan review.

The Owner and team members with marketplace roles can use the Marketplace. Read-only members can browse but not buy or sell. Some steps, such as signing a Pay later agreement, can only be done by the business owner.
