Customer pages

Clicking a customer in any list opens their own page. Each service has its own layout, because each is billed and connected differently, but they all answer the same questions: who is this, are they paid up, are they online, and what can I do for them?

Customer type Page address Full guide
Hotspot /dashboard/customers/hotspot/<id> Hotspot
PPPoE /dashboard/customers/pppoe/<id> PPPoE customers
Static /dashboard/statics/customers/<id> Static customers

Buttons that change an account are disabled if your role is read-only.

The top of the page is an Actions grid: STK Push, Connect, Deactivate or Activate, Send SMS, Password, Disconnect, Reset Conn., E-Mail, Package, To Static, Delete, Max Conn., Username, MAC Binding, PIN, Static IP, Flight Speed and Speed Override. Links to Access Logs and the How to Connect guide sit above it.

Below that:

  • The live session and the last login attempt, side by side.
  • The customer’s details, See Credentials, Edit Details, the account number and the Available Balance, Current Balance and Vendor Balance, plus Deposit.
  • Package Details: package, price, any special price, installation fee, speed, period, Paid Until and last payment.
  • Device Details: router, IPv4 and IPv6 address, public IP and last seen.
  • Session History and Recent Customer Payments.

See PPPoE customers for what each button does.

Actions: Renew, STK Push, Connect now, Disconnect, Send SMS, Reset Conn., Speed Override, Flight Speed, Retry router, Deactivate or Activate, Edit, Convert to PPPoE and Delete.

Cards for Subscription, Assignment, IP Configuration, Last Router Action, Wallet and Connectivity, then RADIUS Accounting Logs, Connection Jobs and recent payments.

See Static customers for details.

A hotspot customer is usually identified by their device (MAC address) and account number rather than a login. Their page shows:

  • Payments Details and Auto Billing.
  • Current Package and Current Device.
  • Customer Profile, with Edit Customer Details.
  • Recent MAC Addresses and Recent Connectivity.
  • Linked Accounts, child accounts (Add Child Account, which can share connections the main account bought when the package allows more than one device) and a Seamless Sharing Code.
  • Assigned TVs and Active Promo Codes, where used.

Actions there include extending a connection (Extend Customer Connection), disconnecting, resetting fair usage and claiming a balance. See Hotspot for the full guide.
